Conductive Adhesives are ideal for use in electrical interconnect, thermal, and structural bonding applications for improved reliability in electronic systems. These materials are used in a variety of applications including printed circuits, EMI/RFI shielding, grounding, electrical dissipation, and can be used as an alternative to solder in applications where the components being bonded are temperature sensitive.
